中职学生心理健康教育实践与思考——以天津市宝坻区职业教育与成人教育中心为例

中职院校的学生在心理上呈现出一些独有的特点,譬如自卑、不愿与他人交流,做事情缺少自信心等等.本文结合实践,探索出中职院校心理健康教育的有效措施,以改变学生的心理状态,并结合社会、家庭,共同给学生营造一个阳光、健康的学习、生活环境,为学生的健康成长保驾护航.
Practice and Reflection on Mental Health Education for Secondary Vocational Students——Take Tianjin Baodi Vocational Education and Adult Education Center as An Example
Students in secondary vocational institutes show some unique psychological characteristics,such as low self-esteem,unwillingness to communicate with others,and lack of self-confidence in doing things,etc.Based on practice,this paper explores effective measures for mental health education in secondary vocational institutes to improve students'mental state,and combines the society and family to jointly create a sunny and healthy learning and living environment for students and escort their healthy growth.
