摘要
人才是实现乡村振兴战略过程中最为关键和不可缺少的因素,人才形成的关键在于教育.成人教育与农村经济社会发展联系紧密、服务贴近,成人院校有责任和义务研究分析农民的学习需求,针对成人继续教育服务乡村振兴中存在的问题,提出可行的具体实施途径,推动乡村振兴战略的实施和发展.
Abstract
Talent is the most critical and indispensable factor in the process of realizing the rural revitalization strategy,and the key to the formation of talent lies in education.Adult education and rural economic and social development are closely linked,and their services are close to each other.Adult education institutes have the responsibility and obligation to study and analyze the learning needs of farmers,and put forward feasible and concrete ways to promote the implementation and development of the rural revitalization strategy in view of the existing problems of adult continuing education in serving rural revitalization.
