Exploration of Legal Risks and Countermeasures for Students'Post Practice in Higher Vocational Institutes under the Perspective of the New Vocational Education Law
This paper expounds the theory and current situation of students'post practice in China's higher vocational institutes from the perspective of the new Vocational Education Law,discusses the legal risks that students in China's higher vocational institutes may face in the process of post practice,analyzes the current measures and paths of higher vocational institutes to avoid risks,and carries out a preliminary design of the whole-process early warning mechanism of the risk of post practice of students in higher vocational institutes.
