新《职业教育法》视域下,高等职业学校学生顶岗实习法律风险及对策探析

文章阐述了新《职业教育法》视域下我国高等职业学校学生顶岗实习的理论和现状,论述了我国高等职业学校学生顶岗实习过程中可能面临的法律风险,分析了目前高等职业学校规避风险的措施和路径,并就高等职业学校学生顶岗实习风险全流程预警机制进行初步设计.
Abstract
This paper expounds the theory and current situation of students'post practice in China's higher vocational institutes from the perspective of the new Vocational Education Law,discusses the legal risks that students in China's higher vocational institutes may face in the process of post practice,analyzes the current measures and paths of higher vocational institutes to avoid risks,and carries out a preliminary design of the whole-process early warning mechanism of the risk of post practice of students in higher vocational institutes.
