职继协同视角下继续教育师资队伍建设研究

继续教育师资队伍建设的好坏直接影响教育的质量,更加影响继续教育的发展.本文阐述了继续教育师资队伍建设的重要性和必要性,对师资队伍建设存在的问题和成因进行了深入的分析,并从职继协同的角度提出了加强建设的思路与对策.
Abstract
The quality of education is directly affected by the adult education faculty construction,which also affects the development of adult education.This paper expounds the importance and necessity of the adult education faculty construction,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the faculty construction,and puts forward ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the construction from the perspective of the collaboration of vocational and adult education.
