Research on the Effects of Resilience and Stress Perception in the Emotional Stability of Students Majoring in Driving in the Railway Industry——Take Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College as An Example
The results of this study,measured by a scale for students majoring in driving in the railway industry,showed that there was a pairwise correlation between resilience,stress perception and emotional stability.Stress perception,resilience could predict emotional stability,and resilience played a partially mediating role between stress perception and emotional stability.To this end,a series of educational insights are proposed to enhance emotional stability by improving resilience and reducing stress perception among students majoring in driving in the railway industry.
