Characteristics of"Three-Together":Research and Practice of Rural Elderly Education Model
This paper analyzes the dilemmas and problems faced by rural elderly education,and points out that the lack of system guarantee,insufficient funding,lagging education methods,and lack of teachers are the crux of rural elderly education.It is an innovative move to carry out"three-together"(learn together,eat together,stay together)rural elderly education combining supporting and education.It focuses on the connotation and functional orientation of the"three-together"mode of rural elderly education,introduces the concrete practice of the"three-together"mode in five aspects,namely policy,funds,curriculum,teachers and effectiveness,and the five innovative meanings of the"three-together"mode in carrying out rural elderly education.
