"三共"特色:乡村老年教育模式的研究与实践

对乡村老年教育面临的困境与问题进行分析,指出缺乏制度保障、经费投入不足、教育方式滞后、师资力量匮乏等是农村老年教育裹足不前的症结所在,创新开展"三共"(共学、共餐、共伴)养教结合农村老年教育是破题之举.重点阐述了农村老年教育"三共"模式的内涵与功能定位,介绍了"三共"模式在政策、资金、课程、师资、成效等五个方面的具体实践,以及"三共"模式在开展农村老年教育方面的五个创新意义.
Characteristics of"Three-Together":Research and Practice of Rural Elderly Education Model
This paper analyzes the dilemmas and problems faced by rural elderly education,and points out that the lack of system guarantee,insufficient funding,lagging education methods,and lack of teachers are the crux of rural elderly education.It is an innovative move to carry out"three-together"(learn together,eat together,stay together)rural elderly education combining supporting and education.It focuses on the connotation and functional orientation of the"three-together"mode of rural elderly education,introduces the concrete practice of the"three-together"mode in five aspects,namely policy,funds,curriculum,teachers and effectiveness,and the five innovative meanings of the"three-together"mode in carrying out rural elderly education.
