摘要
高校辅导员是开展思想政治教育的骨干力量,承担着思想理论教育和价值引领的重要职责.高校辅导员开展理想信念教育,对提升育人成效具有重要意义.高校辅导员顺应时代发展大势和学生成长变化,搭建网络思政平台、丰富实践锻炼,引导青年大学生树立正确的人生观,厚植爱国情怀、勇担使命,为实现中华民族伟大复兴接续奋斗.
Abstract
As the backbone of ideological and political education,college counselors bear the important responsibility of ideological and theoretical education and value guidance.It is of great significance for college counselors to carry out ideal and belief education to enhance the effectiveness of education.College counselors should respond to the development of the times and the growth of students,build network ideological and political platforms,enrich practical exercises,guide young college students to establish a correct outlook on life,to enhance their commitment to the nation and the communities,bravely shoulder the mission,and work tirelessly to realize national rejuvenation.
