产教融合模式下新能源汽车专业人才培养策略研究

摘要
在区域产教联合体建设要求背景下,产教融合模式的出现有助于推动教育链与产业链的有效衔接,实现新能源汽车专业院校的跨越式发展.本文分析产教融合人才培养模式存在的问题,提出建设优质实训基地、完善人才培养机制、设计产教融合评价方法、提升教师素质等策略,从而推动新能源汽车专业院校高质量发展.
Abstract
Under the requirements of constructing regional industry-education consortium,the emergence of the industry-education integration mode will help to promote the effective connection between the education chain and the industrial chain,and realize the leapfrog development of new energy vehicle professional institutes.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the talent cultivation mode of industry-education integration and proposes strategies such as constructing high-quality training bases,perfecting talent cultivating mechanisms,designing evaluation methods for industry-education integration and improving teachers'qualities,so as to promote the high-quality development of new energy vehicle professional institutes.
