Innovation and Practice of Teachers'Morality and Ethics Construction Path in Vocational Institutes——Take the"Six Actions"of Tianjin Technician Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology as an Example
The teachers of vocational institutes undertake the important mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for the society.With the rapid development of the society and the deepening of education reform,the construction of teachers'morality and ethics in vocational institutes is facing new challenges and opportunities,and strengthening the construction of teachers'morality and ethics is an important guarantee for vocational institutes to implement the mission of strengthening moral education and cultivating people.Taking Tianjin Technician Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Technology as an example,this paper probes into the innovative path and practice of teachers'morality and ethics construction.Through the implementation of the"six actions",the Institute comprehensively improves the professional ethics and education and teaching level of teachers,and forms a successful experience in the construction of teachers'morality and ethics,with a view to providing reference for other vocational institutes.
