Research on the Practice of"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate"Integrated Talent Cultivation Mode in higher Vocational Institutes——Taking Modern Logistics Management Major of Tianjin Transportation Technical College as An Example
"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate"integrated education mode is an important starting point to train high-skilled talents to meet the needs of posts.Vocational institutes have made some achievements in carrying out this education mode,but it is also facing difficulties in implementation.Taking the modern logistics management major of Tianjin Transportation Technical College as an example,combined with the innovative measures in discipline construction for high cost and risktraining program,this paper proposes theoretical classroom teaching reconstruction,the practice of"second class"and the practice of school-enterprise collaborative education on the comprehensive education mode of"Post,Course,Competition,Certificate",so as to provide a reference for other vocational institutes to conduct relevant research.
