Analysis of the Social and Economic Environment for the Creation of Personal Bankruptcy System in China
From the viewpoint of environmental factors of personal bankruptcy system creation,there are still some constraints in the social and economic environment of personal bankruptcy system creation in China,such as conceptual cognition,personal credit system and obstacles affecting the construction of personal bankruptcy system,in view ofwhich,it is necessary to promote the establishment of personal bankruptcy system in China from the aspects of designing the corresponding institutional environment and renewing the concept.
