"三教改革"背景下,高等职业院校为培养高质量、高素质、应用型人才而不断做出尝试,钢琴教学也试图通过完善师资队伍、课程资源、授课方法等方式建立高水平教育体系.本文探讨通过构建动态分层教学体系,根据每学期教学评价反馈结果,动态调整学生分层结构,重构教学资源建设和课程实施方法,从而实现高职院校钢琴教学质量的提高.
Exploration of Dynamic Stratified Teaching Method of Piano Courses under the Background of"Three Teaching Reforms"
Under the background of"Three Teachings Reforms",higher vocational institutes have made continuous attempts to cultivate high-quality,highly qualified and application-oriented talents,and piano teaching has also tried to establish a high-level education system by improving the teaching staff,teaching resources and teaching methods.This paper discusses how to improve the quality of piano teaching in higher vocational institutes by constructing a dynamic stratified teaching system,adjusting the stratified structure of students dynamically and reconstructing teaching resources construction and curriculum implementation methods according to the feedback of teaching evaluation in each semester,so as to realize the improvement of piano teaching quality in higher vocational institutes.
