Research on the Construction of Teacher Assessment and Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Institutes in the New Era
This paper first expounds the necessity of constructing a teacher assessment and evaluation system in higher vocational institutes in the new era,then analyzes the challenges faced by the teacher assessment and evaluation system,including the difficulty in setting indicators,the single evaluation method,and the difficulty in objectively reflecting the actual level of teachers,and fiinally puts forward the construction strategy,including developing scientific and reasonable evaluation indicator system,adopting diversified evaluation methods,and paying attention to the objectivity and effectiveness of evaluation results.
