Research on the Dynamic Mechanism of Talent Cultivation under the New Version of Catalog of Major for Vocational Education——Taking Digital Talent Cultivation of Hotel Management and Digital Operation Major as An Example
Since the Ministry of Education released the new version of catalog of major for vocational education in 2021,higher vocational education has carried out reforms and innovations in adapting to the digital transformation and upgrading of industries and achieved remarkable results,but the problems in talent cultivation have also gradually come to the fore.This paper deeply analyzes the current situation of Hotel Management and Digital Operation major in higher vocational education in digital talent cultivation,and carries out the exploration of the dynamic mechanism of talent cultivation under the new version of catalog of major for vocational education.
