高职教学创新团队的建设是职业院校积极响应国家教育改革的要求,也是新时代背景下高职院校教育提质培优的必然选择.本研究通过分析高职教学创新团队建设中思政教师贡献力的现实状况与实际困境,明确提升思政教师贡献力应坚持的基本原则,从而探析高职教学创新团队建设中提升思政教师贡献力的推进路径.
Abstract
The construction of higher vocational teaching innovation team is a requirement for vocational institutes to respond positively to the national education reform,and it is also an inevitable choice for higher vocational institutes to improve the quality and excellence of education in the context of the new era.This study analyzes the reality and practical dilemma of the contribution of ideological and political teachers in the construction of higher vocational teaching innovation team,clarifies the basic principles that should be adhered to in enhancing the contribution of ideological and political teachers,and thus explores the promotion path of enhancing their contribution in the construction of higher vocational teaching innovation team.
