Abstract
How to cultivate student leaders and improve their comprehensive qualityis a problem that educators in higher education institutes must think about.This paper explains the Party's new requirements for the cultivation of student leaders,discusses the prevalent work misunderstandings and effective tactics for cultivating student leaders in different stages,and puts forward suggestions for further innovation to drive the high-quality development of ideological and political work in higher education institutes.
