Dilemmas and Countermeasures of Multi-Subject Cooperation in Joint-Stock School Running of Higher Vocational Institutes——Based on Stakeholders'Perspective
The operation of Joint-stock school running represents an important way to bridge the gap between vocational education and market-oriented subjects,enhancing the adaptability of vocational education.Facing the current challenges of joint-stock school running,based on the perspective of stakeholders,the research on joint-stock running mode of higher vocational institutes can provide ideas to help higher vocational institutes navigate the complexities of multi-subject cooperation.By focusing on the differences in the goals,values and behaviors of each stakeholder,this paper puts forward a targeted multi-subject balancing mechanism across the three phases of preparation,operation and withdrawal,so as to expand the running mode of higher vocational education,improve the quality of education and teaching,and safeguard the attributes of public welfare inherent to education.
