Job-Housing Relationship and Its Influence Factors in Tianjin Binhai New Area
Based on the spatio-temporal big data of Baidu Map,this paper analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics of jobs and housing as well as the current situation of commuting traffic in Binhai New Area of Tianjin.The results show that:the employment place and residence in Binhai New Area maintain a high consistency in spatial distribution,and there are great differences in job-residence space matching in different functional areas.Residents mainly commute long distances,with an average commuting distance of 9.1km.The sub-district has not yet formed the employment center with a certain scale and influence.At the same time,the paper analyzes the factors affecting the relationship between employment and housing from four aspects,such as geographical location,development characteristics,population characteristics and public service facilities.Relevant countermeasures and suggestions,such as enhancing the systematic spatial strategy,mixed land use,enriching the types of residential products,and developing the rapid transportation system are put forward.
