摘要

基于动态能力理论,以北京、上海和广州 3 个地区的高新技术企业的问卷调查数据为样本,通过结构方程模型来实证检验数字化转型对竞争优势的影响及中间机制.研究发现:数字化转型对竞争优势、环境感知能力、资源整合能力和资源重构能力均有显著的正向影响;环境感知能力、资源整合能力和资源重构能力均在数字化转型与竞争优势之间存在显著的中介作用,其中资源重构能力的中介效应最大,资源整合能力的中介效应最小.本研究验证了数字化转型与竞争优势之间的关系,同时也为开展数字化转型的高新技术企业通过动态能力来提升竞争优势提供了理论指导.

Abstract

Based on the dynamic capability theory,taking the questionnaire survey data of high-tech enterprises in Beijing,Shanghai and Guangzhou as samples,the impact of digital transformation on the competitive advantage and the intermediate mechanism are empirically tested through the structural equation model.It is found that digital transformation has significant positive effects on competitive advantage,environmental perception ability,resource integration ability and resource reconstruction ability;environmental perception ability,resource integration ability and resource reconstruction ability all have significant mediation effects between digital transformation and competitive advantage,among which resource reconstruction ability has the largest mediation effect and resource integration effect is the least.This study verifies the relationship between digital transformation and competitive advantage,and also provides theoretical guidance for high-tech enterprises that carry out digital transformation to improve their competitive advantages through dynamic capabilities.
