TiO2纳米线薄膜的水热法合成及其光催化性能研究

以钛箔为钛源和基底,NaOH为形貌控制剂,采用水热法制备TiO2纳米线薄膜.通过调控NaOH溶液的浓度,研究了形貌控制剂用量对样品晶体结构、表面形貌、光催化性能的影响,并对TiO2纳米线薄膜的形成机理进行了阐述.通过SEM、XRD对样品进行表征及光催化降解,实验结果表明:随着NaOH溶液浓度的增加,TiO2纳米线薄膜的表面形貌和光催化活性也随之改变;当NaOH溶液浓度为1 M时,所制得的锐钛矿型TiO2薄膜表面具有均匀的一维纳米线形貌;样品在紫外光下照射10 h后,甲基橙溶液的光催化降解率达到了90%.
Study on Hydrothermal Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties of TiO2 Nanowire Thin Films
TiO2 nanowire films were prepared by hydrothermal method:titanium foil was used as the titanium source and substrate and NaOH as a morphology control agent.The effects of the dosage of morphology control agent on the crystal structure,surface morphology,and photocatalytic performance of the TiO2 nanowire films were studied by regulating the concentration of NaOH solution,and the growth mechanism of TiO2 nanowire films was elaborated.SEM,XRD characterization and photocatalytic degradation results showed that the surface morphology and photocatalytic properties of TiO2 nanowire films changed with the increase of NaOH solution concentration.When the concentration of NaOH solution reached 1 M,the surface of the fabricated anatase TiO2 films had one-dimensional nanowire morphology.Photocatalytic degradation rate of methyl orange solution reached 90%after being exposed under UV light for 10 h.
