With the continuous progress of urban underground space construction technology and the in-depth implementa-tion of the national"Belt and Road"policy,more and more construction enterprises will gradually go abroad and occupy a place in the international market.In this process of international output,a large number of compound professionals with pro-fessional knowledge and English communication ability must be needed.In this new situation,the bilingual teaching explo-ration about the teaching method,instruction model,curriculum construction,faculty construction in urban underground space engineering,and policy guidance for advanced research and preparation can improve the professional training level of urban underground space engineering and the quality of graduates,and enhance the competitiveness in the job market.At the same time,it can also lay a solid foundation for the English professional teaching of Chinese and overseas students,in-ternational education,and international cooperation in running schools in the future.
