摘要

农村社区教育工作贴近"农业、农村、农民",是服务乡村振兴的重要智力支撑.本研究在客观分析农村社区教育工作职责定位和功能发挥基础上,以农村社区教育服务乡村人才振兴能力为主体,兼顾服务乡村产业、文化、生态、组织振兴能力,通过综合运用多种分析方法,构建一套包括 3 个一级指标、11 个二级指标和 30 个三级指标的评价指标体系,以期更加科学、精准、客观评价农村学习型社区建设水平和服务乡村"五大振兴"能力,引导农村学习型社区建设方向.所构建的评价指标体系经主管部门试点认定后,可用于农村社区教育服务乡村振兴贡献度评价实践,具有较高的实践价值和推广应用价值.

Abstract

Rural community education is closely related to"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and is an important intellectual support for serving rural revitalization.Based on an objective analysis of the responsibilities and functions of rural community education work,this study focuses on the ability of rural community education to serve the revitalization of rural talents,while also taking into account the ability to serve rural industries,culture,ecology,and organizational revitalization.Through the comprehensive use of various analytical methods,a set of evaluation index system including 3 primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 30 tertiary indicators is constructed,in order to more scientifically,accurately and objectively evaluate the level of rural learning community construction and the ability to serve the"Five Revitalizations"of rural areas,and guide the direction of rural learning community construction.The constructed evaluation index system,after being piloted and accepted by the competent department,can be used for the evaluation of the contribution of rural community education service to rural revitalization,and has high practical value of promotion and application.
