生态系统理论下"手机课堂"智慧助老策略

随着科学技术的快速发展及人口老龄化的趋势,老年人群体出现了智能技术应用能力不足的"数字鸿沟"问题,为了有效地解决这一难题,天津基于生态系统理论,从宏观、中观和微观系统的相互影响与作用来探究老年人学习和掌握新技术的问题成因,提出"手机课堂"服务老年教育策略.这一策略在宏观层面上赋能,注重顶层设计,积极组织推动;在中观层面上赋责,积极发挥社区党组织及党员志愿者优势,全员培训、结对帮扶;在微观层面上赋权,发挥老年人主观能动性,鼓励老年人掌握智能手机操作的同时学会在线学习.全方位、多层次、立体化服务老年人跨域"数字鸿沟",科学而高效地解决老年教育发展的瓶颈和问题,让更多老年人享受新时代科技进步成果,使他们的老年生活更加丰富多彩.
Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology and the trend of aging population,the elderly has encountered the problem of insufficient application capacity of intelligent technology,known as the"digital divide".In order to effectively solve this problem,Tianjin,based on ecosystem theory,explores the causes of the problem of elderly people learning and mastering new technologies from the perspective of macro,mezzo and micro system interaction and function,and proposes strategies of"mobile classroom"serving elderly education.This strategy emphasizes polices at the macro level,focuses on top-level design,and actively carries out organization and promotion.At the mezzo level,it takes responsibility,actively gives full play to the advantages of community party organizations and party member volunteers,and provides training and paired assistance to all staff.At the micro level,it leverages the subjective initiative of the elderly,and encourages them to be able to learn online as well as mastering smartphone operations.It is suggested to provide comprehensive,multi-level and three-dimensional services for the elderly to cross the"digital divide",and scientifically and efficiently solve the bottleneck problems in the development of elderly education,allowing more elderly people to enjoy the fruits of technological progress in the new era,and making their later lives more diverse and colorful.
