摘要
人口老龄化给中国经济增长、社会治理、社会保障和社会服务等多方面带来严峻挑战."积极老龄化"理论主张在保障老年人身心健康的基础上积极开发老年人力资源并充分发挥其优势,把老龄化对社会经济的压力转化为促进社会可持续发展的动力.老年游学作为老年教育的创新学习教育模式具有身心价值、教育价值、社会价值、经济价值、文化交流与传播价值等多重价值,是实现积极老龄化的重要途径.文章通过资料收集和实地调研,在系统梳理老年游学价值后,提出老年游学发展策略,以促进老年游学教育的发展,推动我国在应对人口老龄化问题上向积极老龄化方向迈进.
Abstract
The aging population has brought severe challenges to China's economic growth,social governance,social security and social services.The theory of"active aging"advocates actively developing elderly human resources on the basis of ensuring the physical and mental health of the elderly and giving full play to their advantages,and transforming the pressure of aging on the social economy into a driving force for promoting sustainable social development.Elderly study tour,as an innovative learning and education model for the aged,has multiple values,including physical and mental value,educational value,social value,economic value and cultural exchange and dissemination value,and is an important way to achieve active aging.Through data collection and field research,this paper systematically summarizes the value of elderly study tour and proposes development strategies for elderly study tour to promote the development of elderly study tour education and promote China's positive aging response to population aging issues.
