开放大学培育新型职业农民模式研究

摘要
新型职业农民是乡村振兴的内在动力.开放大学作为新型职业农民培育体系的重要组成部分,近年来一直在积极探索实践路径,并取得了较好成效.通过总结开放大学培育新型职业农民的三种模式及案例,分析了在自身办学功利性突出,乡村农民参与积极性不高,政策保障不完善等方面的困境,进一步提出发展策略,通过加强政策保障,完善体制机制;提升办学格局,强化服务意识;创新培育路径,激发内在动力等方式培养新型职业农民,进而实现共同发展,形成自我扶贫式的乡村振兴良好局面.
Abstract
New professional farmers are the internal impetus of rural revitalization.As an important part of the cultivation system of new professional farmers,the Open University has actively explored the practical path and achieved good results in recent years.This paper summarizes three modes of cultivating new professional farmers and cases in the Open University,analyzes the dilemma of prominent utilitarianism in its own school-running,low enthusiasm of rural farmers to participate,and imperfect policy guarantee,and further puts forward development strategies,namely strengthening policy guarantee and improving the system and mechanism;improving the school-running pattern and strengthening service consciousness;innovating cultivation path and stimulating internal impetus of farmers so as to achieve common development and form a good situation of poverty alleviation on one's own in rural revitalization.
