立足新发展阶段,贯彻新发展理念,依据天津开放大学老年大学办学定位,就数字化赋能天津开放大学老年教育高质量发展进行阐述,主要从建设平台数字资源、优化线下设施载体、提升师资队伍数字素养、创新教学手段方式等方面提出举措建议,为促进天津开放大学老年教育高质量发展提供有益参考,让老年人更好地共享数字化发展成果,拥有更多获得感、幸福感和安全感.
Abstract
Based on the new development stage,implementing the new development concept,and based on the positioning of Tianjin Open University for the Elderly,this article elaborates on the digital empowerment of high-quality development of elderly education in Tianjin Open University.It mainly proposes measures and suggestions from the perspectives of the construction of platform digital resources,optimization of offline facilities carriers,improvement of digital literacy of teaching staff,innovation of teaching methods,etc.,providing useful reference for promoting the high-quality development of elderly education in Tianjin Open University,enabling the elderly to better share the achievements of digital development,and have more sense of gain,happiness,and security.
