摘要
农村老年教育是我国教育事业的重要组成部分,是可行之举,也是必行之举.发展农村老年教育不仅有利于提高农村老年人的生活质量,满足其日常生活需要,更有利于推动乡村振兴和新农村的建设.乡村振兴战略背景下,通过运用SWOT分析法深入剖析农村老年教育发展的内部优势与劣势、外部机会与威胁,并在此基础上,从老年教育认知、制度政策优化、资金链畅通、教育资源配置等方面逐层次、多角度、多主体探析农村老年教育未来发展路径,进而为我国农村老年教育发展提供参考借鉴.
Abstract
Rural elderly education is an important part of China's education system,which is both feasible and necessary.Developing rural elderly education is not only conducive to improving the quality of life of rural elderly people and meeting their daily needs,but also to promoting rural revitalization and the construction of new countryside.Under the background of rural revitalization,SWOT analysis is used to deeply analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses,and the external opportunities and threats of the development of rural elderly education.On this basis,the future development path of rural elderly education is analyzed from multiple levels,perspectives,and subjects,including the cognition of elderly education,the optimization of institutional policies,the unblocked capital chain and the allocation of educational resources so as to provide reference for the development of rural elderly education in our country.
