摘要

我国中小企业对国家经济和社会发展具有重要的战略意义,我国中小企业创造了80%以上的城镇就业岗位,发挥中小企业强大的吸纳就业能力是缓解我国就业结构型矛盾的主要办法.中小企业的发展壮大离不开科学、精准、有效的企业员工培训.分析了我国中小企业的用人特点、中小企业员工培训存在的问题,提出我国中小型企业员工培训的优化思路.

Abstract

Our country's small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)have significant strategic importance for the national economic and social development.SMEs create over 80%of urban employment opportunities,and their strong capacity to absorb employment plays a key role in alleviating the structural contradictions in our country's employment.The development and growth of SMEs rely on scientific,precise and effective employee training.This paper analyzes the employment characteristics of SMEs in our country,identifies the existing problems in employee training for SMEs,and proposes optimization strategies for employee training in SMEs in our country.
