探索技师学院和开放大学协同构建"技工教育+开放教育"人才培养模式,打通技工教育学生学历上升通道,实现技工教育和开放教育优势资源互补,解决技工教育和开放教育两套人才培养方案并行造成的教学过程"两张皮"问题.基于实践经验,对目的意义、路径、主要内容等方面进行系统化阐释,使新模式具有较强的可操作性和可推广性.
Abstract
By exploring the collaborative talent cultivation model of"technical education+open education"between technical colleges and the Open University of China,we aim at breaking through the bottleneck of the educational ladder for technical students,achieving the complementary advantages of technical education and open education resources,and solving the problem of parallel implementation of two talent cultivation programs for technical education and open education which causes the teaching process to be split into two halves.Based on practical experience,this new model will be systematically explained in terms of purpose,significance,path,main content,etc.,making it highly operable and promotable.
