摘要
社区教育实验项目是推进社区教育工作、提升社区教育品质的重要载体.天津市社区教育实验项目认定工作坚持"立项—实践—总结—成果"的过程.通过对2021-2023 年市级获奖实验项目的分析,总结出天津市社区教育实验项目取得的成绩,并从项目选题、师资队伍建设、理论深挖、过程管理、项目评估等角度分析困境,提出推进策略.
Abstract
The community education experimental project is an important carrier for promoting community education and improving the quality of community education.The identification of community education experimental projects in Tianjin adheres to the process of"project initiation-practice-summary-achievement".On the basis of the analysis of the municipal award winning experimental projects from 2021 to 2023,the achievements of the Tianjin community education experimental projects are summarized,and the promotion strategies are proposed from the perspectives of project selection,teacher team construction,theoretical exploration,process management,and project evaluation.
