Research and Implication on the Distribution of National Rural Vocational Education and Adult Education Demonstration Counties in China

摘要
国家级农村职业教育和成人教育示范县(下称示范县)创建是构建中国特色现代化农村职成教体系的重要举措.当前,示范县创建受政治、经济、人口等因素的影响,分布上呈现出全面但不均衡的特征,具体表现为:数量上东部地区多于中西部地区,密度上农业人口大省、农业经济大省相对较低.今后示范县创建应合理规划,实现东西部地区均衡发展;按需设置,实现与农业发展相协调;协同联动,实现示范县间共同发展;合理评估,实现示范县名单动态调整.
Abstract
The establishment of national level rural vocational education and adult education demonstration counties(referred to as demonstration counties)is an important measure to build a modern rural vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.Currently,the establishment of demonstration counties is influenced by factors such as politics,economy and population,and presents a comprehensive but uneven distribution,specifically manifested as:the number is higher in the eastern region than in the central and western regions,and the density is relatively lower in provinces with large agricultural populations and agricultural economies.In the future,the establishment of demonstration counties should be planned reasonably to achieve balanced development between the eastern and western regions,set up as needed to achieve coordination with agricultural development,developed collaboratively to achieve common development among demonstration counties,and evaluated reasonably to realize dynamic adjustment of the list of demonstration counties.
