摘要
随着"后扶贫时代"的到来,可持续性脱贫和乡村振兴发展的定位对新型职业农民提出了更高的要求,同时不同类别的职业农民在培训中的需求也随之发生了变化.通过对天津市涉农区生产经营型、专业技能型和社会服务型三类新型职业农民培养需求的调研,找出其在培训内容、培训形式、培训时间、培训地点等方面的需求及差异,并有针对性地提出相应对策:重视需求调研,提高培养精准度;优化培训设计,增强培养吸引力;完善监督体系,提升培养效能;加大制度建设,强化培养保障.
Abstract
With the advent of the post-poverty alleviation era,the positioning of sustainable poverty alleviation and rural revitalization and development has put forward higher requirements for new professional farmers,and the training needs of different types of professional farmers have also changed accordingly.Through the investigation of the training needs of three types of new professional farmers in the agriculture-related districts and counties of Tianjin,namely production and operation oriented,professional skill oriented,and professional service oriented,this paper finds out their needs and differences in training content,training forms,training time,training places and other aspects,and puts forward corresponding strategies:pay attention to demand research,improve the precision of cultivation;optimize cultivation design,enhance cultivation attraction;improve supervision system,improve cultivation efficiency;step up institutional construction,and strengthen cultivation guarantee.
