课程思政教学改革与实践刍论——以现代半导体器件物理课程为例

集成电路是信息技术产业的基石,关乎国家安全和国计民生,然而我国在该领域长期受到西方发达国家的围堵与限制,成为我国经济转型和产业结构优化升级重点突破的"卡脖子"难题.立德树人是中国特色社会主义大学的根本任务,也是培养微电子拔尖创新人才的重要手段.文章以《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为导引,深入剖析课程思政建设的核心内涵,分析当前课程思政建设面临的困境和难点,结合集成电路学科特点,凝炼了六个支撑"强芯梦"价值观塑造的、类型丰富的思政教学案例,并将其有机融合到"现代半导体器件物理"课程的核心知识体系中,以期实现"家国情怀、全球视野、创新精神、实践能力"多维度的复合型集成电路人才培养目标.
Integrated circuit is the cornerstone of information technology industry,which is related to national security and people's livelihood.However,China has long been blocked and restricted by developed Western countries in this field,which becomes a bottleneck problem that China needs to solve for her economic transformation and industrial structure optimization and upgrading.Building morality and cultivating people is the fundamental task of socialist universities with Chinese characteristics and it is also an important means to cultivate outstanding innovative talents in microelectronics.Following the guidelines of Ideological and Political Construction of Curriculum in Colleges and Universities,this paper firstly analyzed the kernel of ideological and political education,and then discussed the current difficulties and challenges faced by the construction of ideological and political education.Combining with the characteristics of the integrated circuit discipline,multiple diverse ideological and political teaching cases that support the value-shaping of"Strong Chip Dream"have been condensed and organically integrated into the core knowledge system of the"Modern Semiconductor Device Physics"course,in order to achieve the multi-dimensional composite goal of integrated circuit talent cultivation of"patriotism,global perspective,innovative spirit,and practical ability".
