在中国共产党的伟大奋斗历程中,党章作为党的根本大法,保证全党在政治上、思想上的一致和组织上、行动上的统一.党的二十大通过的《中国共产党章程(修正案)》,充分体现了党的十九大以来党中央提出的治国理政新理念、新思想、新战略,充分体现了党的工作和党的建设的新鲜经验.学习党章,为天津开放大学持续用力提升立德树人水平,构建"三全育人"大思政格局,推动思政教育取得新进展提供了根本遵循.
Abstract
In the great struggle of the Communist Party of China,the Party Constitution,as the fundamental law of the Party,guarantees the unity of the whole Party in politics,ideology,organization and action.Amendment to the Constitution of the Communist Party of China passed at the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China fully reflects the new ideas,new thoughts and new strategies of governance proposed by the Party Central Committee since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,and fully reflects the fresh experience of the Party's work and Party building.The study of the Party Constitution provides a fundamental guidance for Tianjin Open University to continue to vigorously improve the level of moral education,build a"three-whole education"ideological and political pattern,and promote new progress in ideological and political education.
