This paper uses methods such as questionnaire and interviews to analyze the current situation and characteristics of the education needs of elderly people in Xiqing District and finds that there are problems such as the mismatch between supply and demand,single content and form,and incomplete service and management.In response to these issues,a diversified and personalized elderly education service model has been proposed,which mainly includes establishing a demand-oriented curriculum system,developing an interest-based activity platform,implementing a service-oriented management mechanism,and creating a development environment based on collaboration.It is believed that through diversified and personalized elderly education service model,the learning needs and expectations of the elderly can be better met,the quality of life and happiness of the elderly can be improved,and social harmony and progress can be promoted.
