In order to further serve lifelong learning for all,Tianjin Open University has built Tianjin Lifelong Learning Network,which provides over 10,000 video learning resources in 26 categories through various means such as self-construction,procurement and exchange.This research intends to take the relevant information on the Tianjin Lifelong Learning Network as the basic data,such as resource classification,resource construction,resource usage and users'learning behavior,etc.and creates learner portraits by analyzing data and distributing survey questionnaires.From the aspects of resource construction management mode,resource construction mode,and resource evaluation standard construction,this research focuses on how to use digital thinking mode to construct learning resources,in order to better highlight the dominant position of learners in the lifelong learning process,meet their changeable,diverse,high-quality and personalized lifelong learning needs,and achieve the goal of"everyone can learn anywhere and anytime".
