京津冀城市群与区域高等教育的互动与发展研究

摘要
京津冀协同发展重大国家战略已实施十年,京津冀区域高等教育对京津冀城市群发展的影响不容小觑,并应该作为京津冀协同发展战略的重点环节和着力推动领域.当前,京津冀区域高等教育存在教育资源地域分布不均,高等教育机构层次、级别与类型设置不合理,高等教育机构学科与专业设置与区域经济社会发展不契合等诸多问题,与城市群发展尚未形成良性循环与互动,仍需要各利益相关主体打破思维定式,构建互利共享的高等教育与城市群互动新模式.
Abstract
The coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has been a major national development strategy for nearly a decade.The impact of higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region on the development of its urban agglomeration cannot be underestimated,and should be regarded as a key link and focus area of the overall strategy for the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.At present,there are many problems in higher education in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,such as uneven geographical distribution of educational resources,unreasonable levels,grades and types of higher education institutions,and mismatched disciplinary and professional settings with regional economic and social development.The development of urban agglomerations has not yet formed a virtuous cycle or interaction,and it is still necessary for all interest parties to break the fixed mindset and build a new interactive model between higher education and urban agglomerations which is mutually beneficial and shared.
