人工智能(AI)时代开启,文化创意产业智能化创新范式与发展边界成为新时代关注的重要理论命题.AI集中爆发所需的大数据、物联网、云计算、移动互联网等基础要素,与互联网时代文化创意产业崛起的必备条件高度吻合.AI时代文化创意产业发展与创新遭遇重大变革,从传统模式向"智能化创新"范式转变成为趋势.在此背景下,应对智能化创新遭遇的人文伦理挑战、文化创意困局与AI入侵边界等问题进行反思,明确AI创新的文化科技伦理边界,明确AI设计者、生产者、使用者、政府机构、媒体与各类组织的道德责任;理清AI进入文化创意领域的产业边界;引入基于精准治理的文化"善智",让AI自主生产、创新与创意建立在尊重人类社会伦理规范和最大化人类价值的基准之上,而非替代.
Abstract
As the era of artificial intelligence (AI) begins, the intelligent innovation paradigm and development boundary of cultural and creative industry have become an important theoretical proposition in the new era. The basic elements such as big data, Internet of things, cloud computing, and mobile Internet required by the centralized outbreak of AI are highly consistent with the development of cultural and creative industries in the Internet age. In the AI era, the development and innovation of the cultural and creative industries have experienced major changes, and the transformation from traditional mode to the "intelligent innovation" paradigm has become a trend. In this context, it is necessary to reflect on the problems encountered by intelligent innovation, namely humanistic ethical challenges, cultural and creative dilemmas, and AI invasion boundaries, and clarify the cultural and technological ethical boundaries of AI innovation and the moral responsibilities of AI designers, producers, users, government agencies, media and various organizations. Besides, it is also impontart to define the industrial boundary of AI entering into the cultural and creative field and introduce cultural "kindness and wisdom" based on accurate governance, thus allowing AI to produce, innovate and create independently on the basis of respecting human social ethical norms and maximizing human value, rather than replacing them.
