Visual Production and Aesthetic Reconstruction of"Rural Taste":An Investigation Centered on Short Videos of Rural Food
The popularity of short videos of rural food has promoted the aesthetic reconstruction of rural taste.The new rural taste is a demonstration in the field of taste aesthetics after the coupling of rural aesthetics and short video aesthetic logic.It depends on the transformation of food aesthetic paradigm from edible things to observable things,including three levels of aesthetic image construction,aesthetic context construction and aesthetic discourse construction.Aesthetic image is a non-intuitive visual image generated on the basis of food image,which combines linguistic and pictorial image,representing a set of food identification mechanism based on visual imagination.Aesthetic context is an aesthetic field formed by mixing rural food and other rural cultural symbols.It gives rural taste a scene of rural authenticity and represents the formation of rural taste aesthetic atmosphere based on physical connectivity.Aesthetic discourse is the power energy manifested by rural taste as a statement text with aesthetic value,which is concentrated in the fields of culture,economy,politics and emotion,being the result of visual coding and pleasure distribution of short video culture.Although the rural taste aesthetic is divorced from the value order of food original taste,resulting in aesthetic alienation,it promotes the re-aestheticization of the countryside and highlights the significance of the new visual culture to the rural culture production.
