溶胶凝胶法铈锆锰基脱硝催化剂制备及性能

为了提高铈锆基脱硝催化剂的低温脱硝性能,采用溶胶凝胶法和溶胶凝胶法+浸渍法制备了一系列铈锆锰基脱硝催化剂,通过XRD、XPS、N2-吸附脱附、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR、SEM/EDS等手段对催化剂进行了表征,对催化剂的脱硝性能进行了评价.结果表明:在100~350℃温度范围内,空速为220 000 h-1的条件下,采用溶胶凝胶法制备的CZM-0.2催化剂展现出最好的低温脱硝性能;CZM-0.2催化剂优异的低温脱硝性能主要与其较好的Mn分散度、较高的Mn4+含量、较强的低温还原性能(MnOx的逐步还原)和较多的弱酸位点有关.
Preparation and performance of CeO2-ZrO2/MnOx-based deNOx catalysts by sol-gel method
In order to improve the low-temperature denitrification performance of CeO2-ZrO2-based denitrification catalysts,a series of CeO2-ZrO2/MnOx-based deNOx catalysts were prepared by sol-gel and sol-gel+impregnation methods.The catalysts were characterized by XRD,XPS,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,SEM/EDS,etc.The denitrification performance of the catalysts was evaluated.The results showed that the CZM-0.2 catalysts prepared by sol-gel method exhibited the best low-temperature deNOx performance in the temperature range of 100-350 ℃ with a gas hourly space velocity of 220 000 h-1.The excellent low-temperature deNOx performance of CZM-0.2 catalyst was mainly related to its better dispersion of Mn,higher Mn4+content,stronger low-temperature reduction performance(gradual reduction of MnOx),and more weak acid sites.
