动物毛纤维的剥麟工艺及鉴别

动物毛纤维通过剥麟方法,可以改善织物的手感、光泽、染色性能以及防起球性能等,经过剥麟后的毛纤维在纤维鉴别上变得难上加难.通过选用高锰酸钾-二氧化硫脲氧化还原法对7种常见毛纤维的标准标样进行剥麟处理,得到一组标准标样剥麟后纵截面形态的标准样照.用显微镜观察未知剥麟毛纤维的纵截面形态,通过对照标准样照的纵截面形态来鉴别未知剥麟毛纤维的种类.研究表明,高锰酸钾浓度为0.375%,温度为60 ℃,振荡时间为40 min条件下剥麟效果最好,纵截面形态最佳.
Technology and Identification of Animal Hair Fiber Peeling
Animal hair fiber can improve the hand feel,luster,dyeing performance and anti pilling performance of the fabric by stripping the forest.The wool fiber after peeling becomes even more difficult in fiber identification.By using potassium permanganate thiourea dioxide redox method to strip the standard samples of seven common wool fibers,a group of standard samples of longitudinal section after stripping were obtained.Observe the longitudi-nal section shape of the unknown peeled fur fiber with a microscope,and identify the type of the unknown peeled fur fiber by comparing the longitudinal section shape of the standard sample.The results showed that when the concentration of potassium permanganate was 0.375%,the temperature was 60 ℃,and the oscillation time was 40 minutes,the effect of forest stripping was the best,and the shape of longitudinal section was the best.
