Research of the Proficiency Testing of Harmful Aromatic Amines in Dyes for Fabric Printing and Dyeing
The harmful aromatic amines in fabrics can cause harm to human body,most of which come from the dyes used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabrics.Controlling dyes with harmful aromatic amines can be done from controlling fabric quality.The proficiency testing of harmful aromatic amines of dyes used for fabric printing and dyeing was verified by GB 19601-2013"Limit and Determination of 23 harmful Aromatic amines in Dye Products".Single factor ANOVA was used to test the uniformity of the samples,and t test was used to test the stability of the samples.Median value of robust statistical method and standardized interquartile distance method were used for evaluation.The results showed that 85.7％of the laboratories with satisfactory results and 14.3％with questionable results.
