In order to develop a new four-color warp jacquard fabric with printing effect,researches and practices the of product,pattern design,weaving technics and yarn configuration.By designing a suitable pattern,choosing 50 D/36 f twisting polyester low-elastic colored yarn in red,blue,yellow and black as warp yarn,and 75 D/72 f white or black polyester colored yarn as weft yarn,utilizing double warp weave texture to make the warp yarn of four different colors to form different floating length,and utilizing mixed-color configuration of warp yarn to realize the rich color of the pattern,a type of light-weight jacquard fabric which is colorful,stereoscopic,and with light areal-density,good environmental protection performance and printing effect is developed.
