石墨烯再生涤纶功能性针织面料开发

采用新型单层石墨烯再生涤纶纱线开发复合功能针织面料,经过织造、染整试验过程后,对成品按照相关标准检测.结果表明,耐水洗色牢度达3~4级以上,耐摩擦色牢度达4级以上;对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别达到99%、99%、87%,抗菌效果优良;远红外发射率为0.91,辐射温升为2.0 ℃,具有显著远红外性能;负离子发生浓度为701个/cm3,达到负离子发生量中等标准;洗前静电压685 V,静电半衰期0.8 s,经过5次洗后静电压为1 296 V,静电半衰期6.0 s,可达抗静电标准C级.因此,石墨烯面料具有优良的复合功能性,其在服装面料上的应用也将日趋成熟.
Development of Functional Knitting Fabric by Graphene Recycle-polyester
The new single-layer graphene recycled polyester yarn was used to develop the composite functional knitted fabric.After the weaving,dyeing and finishing process,the product was tested according to the relevant standards.The results showed that the washing fastness was above 3~4 and the crockfastness was above 4.The antibacterial rate of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans reached to 99%,99%and 87%respectively,and the antibacterial effect was excellent.The far-infrared emissivity was 0.91,the radiation temperature rises to 2.0 ℃,and the far-infrared performance was remarkable.The negative ion generation concentration was 701/cm3,which reached the standard of medium negative ion generation.The static voltage before washing was 685 V,the electrostatic half-life was 0.8 s,and the static voltage after 5 washes is 1 296 V,the electrostatic half-life was 6.0 s,which can reach the anti-static standard C level.Therefore,graphene fabric has excellent composite functionality,and its application in clothing fabrics will become increasingly mature.
