Grey Correlation Analysis of the Performance of Knitted Fabrics
In order to analyze the performance of skin trench coat knitted fabrics using the gray association analysis method, taking 9 kinds of fabrics as an example,a total of 14 performance indicators of their mechanics, comfort, appearance, and functionality are tested. The basic structural parameters are used as variables for comparative analysis, and the gray association analysis method is used to obtain the dominant sequence of influencing factors and the fabric with optimal comprehensive performance. The study found that increasing the density of yarn will reduce the internal void of the fabric, hindering the body from discharging sweat vapor, while reducing the density of yarn and coil, the ability of the fabric to resist external force damage and appearance retention will be weakened. The lateral stretching strength, lateral elastic recovery rate, moisture permeability, and dynamic traceability of the fabric are most related to the comprehensive performance.
