;This paper discusses the design and production practice of pure cotton high-twist elastic jacquard fabric,adopts pure cotton high-count high-twist yarn,and the organization design is small jacquard fabric with plain pattern.The key production technology including yarn spinning,steaming,warping,sizing,weaving,dyeing and finishing is summarized,and the performance of the new product is tested.The results show that good elasticity of the fabric can be obtained through the elastic retraction of the strong twist yarn and the special printing and dyeing process.Diamond-shaped jacquard decoration makes the appearance novel,atmospheric,both aesthetic and functional characteristics,with market advantages.
