;In this paper,the dyeing and finishing process of sea sweater fabric made of acrylonitrile cotton interlace was researched,from the selection of dyes and auxiliaries to the dyeing temperature process curve and equipment matching were explored.It is concluded that two bleaching processes are adopted,first bleaching with oxidizing agent sodium hypochlorite,then re-bleaching with reducing agent insurance powder,and whitening agent.Focus on solving the cotton fiber whiteness is not enough for customers to place orders,and determine the dyeing and finishing production process route of acrylonitrile cotton interwoven sea sweater.
