保暖层材料对多层结构电加热手套性能的影响

为优化电加热手套的设计,设计并制备了 一款多层结构的电加热手套,通过测量织物热阻、电加热元件表面温度、电加热手套内外层温度、续航时间等,从织物层面和电加热手套成品层面研究了保暖层材料对电加热手套服用性能的影响.结果表明,保暖层材料可显著提高电加热手套的保暖性能、电热效率和续航时间,对改进电加热手套具有重要意义.
Effect of Thermal Insulation Material on the Performance of Electric Heating Gloves
In order to optimize the design of electric heating gloves,a multi-layer electric heating gloves was designed and prepared.By measuring the thermal resistance of fabric,the surface temperature of electric heating elements,the temperature of the inner and outer layers of electric heating gloves,and the endurance time,the influence of thermal insulation materials on the wearing performance of electric heating gloves was studied from the fabric level and the finished electric heating gloves level.The results show that the thermal insulation layer material can significantly improve the thermal insulation performance,thermal efficiency and endurance of electric heating gloves,which is of great significance for improving electric heating gloves.
