Research on the Detection of Free Antimony in Polyester Fiber Textiles
To confirm the impact of extraction time and cooling time on the detection results of extractable heavy metals in textiles, antimony,a heavy metal with a higher limit value(≤30 mg/kg)in relevant domestic standards, was selected as a representative research object.By continuously monitoring and analyzing stable samples with actual measurement values close to the limit value through single factor periodic monitoring, the actual impact of extraction time and cooling time on the detection results was determined.Through the process of antimony related textiles and Fick's law,a detailed analysis of the monitoring results was conducted, confirming the positive impact of extraction time and cooling time on the detection results of extractable heavy metals in textiles, providing a reference for the key points that laboratories need to pay attention to and regulate when implementing relevant testing standards.
