Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Knitted Fabric Horizontal Line Problem on Circular Knitting Machine
There are many complicated factors that cause the problem of horizontal line on circular knitting machines.It is of great practical significance to systematically summarize and analyze these factors to solve the specific horizontal problems in factory production.This article analyzes the causes of horizontal defects in knitted fabrics,and focuses on exploring the influencing factors of horizontal line from three aspects:the status of circular knitting machine equipment,machine setting and raw material property when the factory arranges the greige production.Based on these,some reasonable suggestions and solutions are given on daily production with circular knitting machines,which can effectively reduce the overall ratio of defective products on the horizontal line,improve product quality and economic benefits.
